Job Description
The After Market Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and inventory of after market parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, cycle counting, counter parts, sales and inventory

Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and inventory of after market parts
- Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Process counter parts orders
- Handle sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Experience in a management role with commercial automotive/tractor trailer parts.
- Experience in managing an in-house parts counter sales force and an outside sales team.
- Ability to effectively monitor parts inventory level
- Strong knowledge of cycle counting and counter parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Physical Requirements for After Market Parts Manager:
- Sitting, Standing, Stooping/Kneeling for extended amounts of time.
- Reaching with arms and hands
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work independently
