Job Title: Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist
Job Overview: As a Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing the sales and marketing processes of the organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates. Your job will also involve supporting all elements crucial to the backend of the sales process.
Key Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts, and print materials.
- Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Manage website inventory to ensure that our inventory is current and accurate.
- Manage and coordinate tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies, apparel companies, and promotional companies.
- Analyze and report on market trends and competitor activity to support business decisions and marketing strategies.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Support all efforts related to CRM tools to support sales and marketing growth.
Key Sales Operations Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to management team members and sales staff as needed.
- Work with transportation vendors to assign and track trailer moves from the plant.
- Ability to work with insurance companies to file claims for new trailers being transported and also rental trailers involved with damage.
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
- Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates.
- Performing data entry duties in regards to trailer details, sales figures, and other key data.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Semi-Trailer and/or Commercial Vehicle Industry preferred.
- Proven experience in sales/marketing support or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, Standing, Stooping/Kneeling for extended amounts of time.
- Reaching with arms and hands
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work independently
