IWS is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to play a pivotal role in the entirety of the FP&A process, including financial modeling, data analysis, investment analysis, and with assisting in the budgeting and forecast creation. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing business owners financial guidance utilizing trends, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. They will be responsible for providing detailed reporting, analysis, and support on key strategic investments. They should not be afraid to challenge the business and the status quo and be a self-starter, driven for results, proactive and able to juggle many competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and create reports to identify trends, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities by conducting cost-benefit analyses and assessing risk factors.
• Budgeting and Forecasts: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, preparing financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., accounting, marketing, operations) to gather information and provide financial insights.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or related discipline preferred
• 2-4 years of experience with financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, finance/accounting knowledge (e.g. ability to create sophisticated financial models, understanding of balance sheet, cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, etc.)
• Experience with Adaptive Planning a plus

• Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications
