Interstate Wholesale Fence, a leading wholesale fence manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to streamline operations and logistical processes. This includes overseeing fencing materials, managing personnel, implementing procedures and protocol, developing quality control measures, and achieving an overall productive work environment. Work is primarily performed indoors & outdoors. Attendance and preparedness are required in all types of weather.

Job requirements are as followed:

· Proven work experience

· Must know how to operate a forklift for loading and unloading flatbed trucks

· Must be highly organized and have the ability to pay close attention to detail

· Must like to work outdoors

· Must have computer skills in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

· Must be reliable, confident and a team player

· Needs to be a problem solver and perform under pressure

· Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus

· Gathering and packing material needed to fulfill orders.

· Work is done mostly indoors with some outdoor work required, regardless of weather.

· Must be able to pay close attention to detail.

· Must take ownership of the job and get the job done in a safe and timely manner.

· Must have basic computer knowledge.

· This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be reliable and punctual.

· Working Saturdays will be required especially during the busy season.

· Knowledge of fences and fencing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Supervise staff, providing training and guidance to enhance productivity and safety.
• Manage transportation logistics, including freight coordination and order fulfillment.
• Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse performance and reduce costs.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and streamline operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
