- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Yard Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of the yard, including inventory management and equipment operation.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and yard operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment and a customer service role is preferred.
