Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing
• Design dashboards and solutions in visual applications for end users, such as PowerBi, Tableau, Spotfire, and Grafana.
• Implement database objects, interfaces, and storage organization in a variety of technologies including Historian, SQL, and Influx DB.
• Provide operational support by investigation, documentation and resolution of technology issues
for the manufacturing industry and operational technology customers.
• Assists the clients in the assessment of Business Intelligence platform selection.
• Coordinate user needs, tasks and delivery timeline with team developers to timely deliver quality
solutions.
• Capable of installing and starting up a system on a customer’s site without direct supervision.
• Perform in-house and in-plant customer operator training for the system.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, ideally focused on:
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Data Analytics
- Management Information Systems
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, including accounting, manufacturing, and operations processes.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
- Ability to apply and interpret various statistical models against production data, including regression, clustering, and classification models.
- Travel may vary according to business needs. This position and individual must be located in or near Sioux Falls, SD or Sioux Center, IA. This is not a remote position but can be hybrid eventually.
