• Assist the project management team, client teams, and manufacturing leaders in managerial and leadership functions on assigned projects / programs
• Manage multiple projects at one time 
• Maintain client and partner expectations and relationships 
• Collaborate with internal resources and external subcontractors and clients 
• Facilitate project / program update meetings with clients and partners 
• Build and manage schedules 
• Coordinate design decisions and schedule changes with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Work closely with production leaders in manufacturing to ensure a high level of planning and collaboration
• Partner with supply chain and material team resources to ensure material needs are met for production
• Manage change orders and overall budgets and track project financial performance
• Administer and process internal and external documentation for client contracts
• Lead and drive Interstates safety culture
• Self-starter to own, prioritize, and complete project management responsibilities
• Ability to lead teams that work towards project success.  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Two years’ experience in the construction or manufacturing industry 
• Able to track and organize projects and prioritize work
• Open to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfully
• Strong team building, interpersonal/verbal/written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managers

Education: Bachelor’s or associate degree in electrical engineering/technology, operations management, or construction management

Travel: Able to travel to customer or manufacturing sites up to 20% of the time, with our Omaha, NE, Sioux Center, IA, or Sioux Falls, SD location as your home base.
