We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD, Sioux Center, IA, or Omaha, NE. In this role, you will assist in supporting internal customers and computer systems at Interstates, ensuring smooth operations to effectively serve our external clients. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining hardware, software, data, and communication systems, among other tasks. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answering software and hardware support calls for office and remote users.
Ensuring compliance with privacy practices.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience : Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
