The Senior Technician – ICC Inspector is responsible for performing a variety of testing, (example: soil, concrete, etc.) project-specific observation, inspection duties and provide assessment data under general supervision.

What you’ll do:
- Utilize, read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and diagrams
- Use specific methods to observe site activities, perform tasks and give the interpretation of results
- Maintain and calibrate standard equipment
- Attend project meetings alone, without supervision, and communicate effectively with client and project teams
- Must possess certification in one of the following areas: ICC: Soils, Concrete, Masonry, Commercial Building Inspector, Spray-applied Fireproofing; NICET II (geotechnical or construction, or construction material testing or soils); AWCI EIFS inspector; UL or FM firestop examination
- Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
- Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift, move, push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently. Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound.
- Ability to kneel and squat occasionally
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions (hot and cold)
- Ability to climb occasionally
- High School Diploma or equivalent
