What are we looking for? The Technical Reviewer is responsible for reviewing and managing technical reports submitted for certification; and maintaining communication with management, internal and external clients on the status of reports. Shift / Schedule : Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM - this is an office position - not remote. What you'll do :

• Reviewing test reports
• Review reports for completeness of testing.
• Review reports for accuracy of information included and calculations.
• Confirm all necessary paperwork is included.
• Confirm report content conforms with all relevant internal and external technical standards
• Confirm information provided is consistent with internal database and follow through on updates as needed.
• Communicate with technical and administrative staff Review and understand technical standards and be able to communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical staff. Verify that current test and review procedures conform with published standards Communicate inaccuracies or mistakes in documentation appropriately
• Maintaining communication with management and internal and external clients This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above-defined duties. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications :
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in related technical field a plus
• Prefer prior related experience in a testing laboratory or the automotive industry
• Ability to independently plan, organize and complete projects within established standards, objectives and timeframes.
• Ability to read and comprehend a variety of technical materials.
• Ability to make technical decisions within established parameters
• Must have strong critical thinking abilities and problem solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be an effective communicator, in terms of actively listening, speaking and writing.
• Must have excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to adhere to standards, styles, and templates to ensure consistent documentation.
• Must have excellent computer skills - including Microsoft Office knowledge, including MS Word and MS Excel, MS Access experience a plus
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
