Job Summary:
As a program manager, you will serve as the main customer contact between the company and assigned customers. In this role, you will manage a set of customers and coordinate all activities during the entire program lifecycle.

- You day-to-day leadership, coordination, and direction for the management of contracts with customers.
- You participate in bid reviews, proposals, negotiations, facility visits and other activities which result in the capture of new business.
- You collaborate with accounting to review and collect past-due invoices.
- You provide input to finance for cash flow on key customer accounts.
Some additional knowledge, skills & abilities required:
- Skilled in inventory management techniques (Kanban, bonding, safety stock, etc.)
- Knowledge of cost and pricing data submission
- Knowledge of commercial contracting legal requirements, as well as financial and marketing skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Minimum 5-10 years of significant customer relationship management experience required
