What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior PCBA Manufacturing Engineer position at Intervala,LLC?
Job Summary:
You will lead efforts that maintain and improve the manufacturing processes and systems in order to reduce cost, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production process.

- You conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement and for resolutions to manufacturing problems including processes, machines, or programming problems.
- You provide manufacturing data to monitor and measure progress to target.
Some additional knowledge, skills & abilities required:
- Intermediate knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Design of Experiments
- Work knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
- Technical writing and documentation skills
- Analytical skills including research, trend analysis, data analysis, and presentation of data through charts and graphs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
- Advanced level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
- Ability to plan, resolve problems effectively and establish priorities
- Ability to multitask efficiently and adapt within a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to travel as needed (<10%)
Required education & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field strongly preferred or a minimum 5 years of engineering experience with a focus on PCBA assembly and relevant equipment, including programming, setup, and operation
- Previous experience working in an ISO-9000, 13485 or AS-9000 environment
