What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator position at INTERWEST ELECTRIC COMPANY LLC?

We are a Power and Fiber infrastructure based company with a top notch reputation with customers and municipalities.
Responsibilities:
Daily duties will include:
- Observant safe operation of primarily Excavators and Skidsteers
- Experienced in digging around existing utilities knowing trench safety for laborers working on the end of your bucket and willingness to get out and help laborers
- At IEC nobody is above getting in the trench and throwing pipe. We all have the same finish line. Let's get there as a tea
Qualifications:
- Must be drug free. Safety is your most important job and therefore must always be a priority
- Must have your own transportation to our job sites daily
- Must be drama free
- We do not enjoy micromanaging so please only apply if you are motivated to help build our team
