Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Saw Operator to join our team at Intex. As a key member of our production floor, you will be responsible for operating precision saws to cut materials with accuracy and precision.
Schedule
This is a midnight shift position (11pm-7am) Monday-Saturday, with the possibility of training on the day shift.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a manufacturing facility and be able to operate a saw safely and productively. Key duties include:
- Reviewing work orders to prepare workflow
- Operating saws and setting operational gauges
- Verifying correct cut lengths using measuring tools
- Placing material into racks
- Ensuring quality products and entering accurate information into EPICS
- Engaging in self-learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends, safety, and company information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Working experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience operating a saw (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Be 18 years or older
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Ability to commute to multiple company facilities as needed
