P7 Hilo Operator- Afternoons (3pm-11pm) Load billets Load ovens. Fill out oven charts and sales order numbers. Load empty racks. Remove full racks from tracks. Retrieve spaces and racks throughout the plant. Unload billet semi-trucks. Direct the drivers on which scrap trailer to return. Able to fill out a bill of landings correctly. Keep the billet courtyard organized. Communicate with other plants when scrap trailers are needed. Other tasks assigned by the foreman or manager. Position may require sitting, walking, standing, bending, stretching, kneeling, reaching (including over the head), lifting, and other movements (not specified) for long periods of time Attend and complete any Company or outsourced trainings, as assigned Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. Must wear PPE required for this position (i.e : safety glasses, steel toe, ear plugs, gloves, etc.). Must work general labor tasks as assigned by foreman. This job may require the physical ability to perform duties assigned including but not limited to extensive standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting. Continuous lifting to 75 pounds from the floor to an average waist-high platform, use of various hand tools and instruments, and extreme temperatures. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of working experience with operating Hilo. Hilo certification preferred. Must be able to work continental shift. (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) Working experience in a manufacturing facility. Must have excellent attendance and work ethic. Must have reliable transportation.
