Quality Document Specialist  

• Responsible for ISO Document Management, INTEX QMS 

• Responsible for uploading, updating and maintaining INTEX QMS through SharePoint and internal systems. 

• Generate documentation for quality, operations and other departments. 

• Maintains quality department records, customer specific requirements, quality alerts, inspection tests, etc. 

• Generates chemical certifications, cast imports and other reports as needed. 

• Performs QMS/document audits and addresses discrepancies. 

• Collaborate with operations to develop and implement documents to enhance quality product and processes. 

This job may require the physical ability to perform duties assigned including but not limited to extensive standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and long periods of sitting with extensive computer usage. Periodic lifting up to 30 pounds from floor to average waist-high platform.  

        Requirements  

• Minimum of two (2) years of working experience with Quality Management Systems and manufacturing environment, and ISO 9001. 

• Frequent commute to INTEX facilities sites and as assigned.  

• Working experience in metal production, specifically aluminum, is preferred. 

• Knowledge and experience with IATF is a plus. 

• Commute to multiple company facilities and personnel.  

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe, etc. 

• Must be conscientious and diligent, having high attention to detail. 

• Excellent attendance and work ethic. 

• Engages in self-learning of ISO 9001, regulatory requirements and as assigned. 

• Working before and after hours may be required.
