Retail Stock Associate

We’re looking for a fast, hard-working Stock Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on, FAST PACED, logistics-focused role working closely with the owners and merchandising team to help process, organize, and prepare inventory for the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly and accurately process incoming clothing
• Meets processing quotas
• Categorize, size, tag, measure, and hang items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient backroom
• Work with the merchandising team to identify products that need to be prioritized for display
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure inventory flow is smooth and timely
• Adapt to the needs of a fast-growing company—this is a high-growth opportunity for the right person

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in a stock, logistics, or backroom position (retail or warehouse preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Able to take initiative, follow systems, and stay focused
• Team player with solid communication skills
• Fast Paced and Meeting processing quotas

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are well-stocked and organized, providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Efficiently stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and organization.
• Utilize pallet jacks to load and unload merchandise safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist in receiving shipments and verifying inventory against packing lists.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate stocking activities.
• Operate cash registers as needed, providing excellent customer service during transactions.
• Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with management to identify inventory needs and assist in inventory management.

Experience

• Previous experience in a grocery store or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with using pallet jacks and other stocking equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
