Position: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45214
Duration: 3 months contract with potential for assignment to be extended
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files.
· Direct incoming email communications as requested.
· Review attorney’s weekly calendars and provide necessary updates.
· Manage incoming document requests for department.
· Handle and distribute incoming emails as needed.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Associate’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
