Position: Call Center Representatives
Location: 4-02 49th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101
Duration: 3-6 months contract with possibility of extension
Note: Must be able to work holidays, weekends, overtime and emergencies. Candidates not meeting the a for ementioned criteria, will not be considered for interview.
Position Description:
Customer Interaction:
Answer inbound customer calls and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues promptly by troubleshooting and providing solutions.
Data Entry:
Enter customer data into the company's database accurately and efficiently.
Update customer records and ensure all information is current and correct.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with attention to detail.
Work experience – A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service environment, utilizing phone and computer literacy to interact with customers in a high pace setting. Data entry experience and a minimum of 25 wpm typing skills, open availability to work shift schedules at any given time from 6amto 12am.
Education – Minimum: HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. All Foreign education at any level must be certified by the US Department of Education. Please have the agencies confirm that the certifications are done.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
