Location: Newton, MA - 3 days onsite
Large child care company is in the need of a couple of strong QA resource, contract to hire. Looking for someone skilled in testing Salesforce. Must have an outgoing personality to be able to engage in technical discussions with Product Owners, BA’s and Dev team. Will work on a team with people in Newton and offshore members.
Seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce QE with 8 years of expertise in Quality Engineering, automating testing using python & selenium and hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Conga. The ideal candidate will lead and offshore QE team, track deliverables, report project status, and collaborate with stake holders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of Experience in Salesforce Quality Engineering
- Strong Experience in test automation using Python and Selenium.
- Hands on Experience with Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Conga.
- Strong Knowledge of Salesforce testing strategies, integration testing and API testing.
- Expertise in writing test cases, test scripts and executing automated tests.
- Proven Experience in leading offshore teams and managing QE deliverables.
- Excellent skills in tracking and reporting Project status, risks, and quality metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, product owners and project managers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certification (Sales Certified Administrator, Sales Certified Associate ) is a plus.
