Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Level 2 System Engineer specializing in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to join their dynamic IT team.
This role involves managing and optimizing SCCM deployments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, with hands-on experience in SCCM and Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer SCCM for software deployment, updates, and system imaging across a large-scale gaming environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues and perform root cause analysis for system problems.
- Collaborate with IT and support teams to ensure seamless configuration management and compliance with security policies.
- Monitor SCCM infrastructure, track software usage, and optimize deployments to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in system engineering or administration with a focus on SCCM.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with software packaging, deployments, and Windows imaging.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced gaming environment.
