Key Areas of Responsibility:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Strategy Intern to join our team in Orlando. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital technology and strategy. You will work directly with our Digital Strategy team who manage the IAAPA event app, Email and CRM, and IAAPA.org, supporting projects that enhance our member experience through personalization and improved technology.
Title: Digital Strategy Intern
Office/Department: IAAPA Headquarters, Orlando, Florida
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Vice President of Digital Strategy
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with data cleaning and data input into our AMS/CRM systems.
- Help support AI training for website enhancements, including content optimization.
- Contribute to content creation and content management, working closely with our digital content leads.
- Participate in website and digital projects, providing support with research, analysis, and coordination.
- Gain exposure to marketing automation, membership processes, and the use of Salesforce and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in digital technology and strategy, particularly in data-driven projects and marketing automation.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
