The Education Creator is a critical role within the Global Professional Development and Education team, responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality digital learning programs. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong collaboration skills to produce engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of the attractions industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Design : Collaborate with subject matter experts, the global education committee, and external partners (including universities and industry leaders) to design and develop comprehensive and engaging digital learning curricula.
- Content Development : Create a variety of learning materials, including interactive modules, videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids, utilizing sound instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- SCORM Expertise : Possess a strong understanding of SCORM standards and demonstrate proficiency in building and publishing SCORM-compliant learning modules.
- LMS Integration : Work closely with the LMS Administrator to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of digital learning programs within the Learning Management System.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all learning materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the quality and impact of our programs.
- Partner Collaboration : Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners, including universities and industry organizations, to co-create and deliver innovative learning solutions.
