Job Description Administrative Applications Power Platform development team, some of their responsibilities will include: • Dataverse Developer: Design, develop, and maintain Dataverse solutions, including creating custom entities, fields, relationships, and developing plugins and workflows. • Data Analyst: Analyze data within Dataverse to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. • Database Administrator: Manage the Dataverse environment, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security. This includes tasks like data migration from external sources (e.g., Oracle/SQL), performance tuning, and user management. • Solution Architect: Design and implement comprehensive solutions using Dataverse, integrating it seamlessly with other Microsoft Power Platform tools and applications. • Security Specialist: Implement and manage security roles and permissions within Dataverse to ensure data protection, compliance, and risk mitigation. • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation, as needed, to address high-demand tasks and ensure the timely completion of projects. Mandatory Skills & Experience: • 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • 6 years: Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments. • 6 years: Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions. • 6 years: Microsoft Power Platform development experience. • 5 years: Expert understanding of Dataverse tables, uses, security models, and roles. • 5 years: Solid experience migrating data to Dataverse from other database sources (e.g., Oracle/SQL). • 5 years: Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor. • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Preferred Experience: • 3 years: Good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center. • 3 years: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels. • 3 years: Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both functional and technical staff. 3 years: Experience in Agile development and sprint planning
