Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Performing detailed business and data analysis - Documenting business and functional requirements - Developing end user documentation - Writing and executing test plans and cases - Answering user questions - Resolving system issues/problems in a timely manner - Data Analysis and Data Mapping Job Requirements: - Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing - Knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle - Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling and technical architecture concepts - Strong data query and analysis abilities and experience - Experience with data mapping, data conversion, data integration - Knowledge or experience with Snowflake Data Platform; for Client Data Platform preferred - Knowledge or experience with Salesforce CRM System - Strong problem identification and problem solving skills; ability to propose solutions - 5-7 years demonstrated experience with writing business user requirements and functional specifications - Experience with Distribution/Sales systems preferred - Financial Services industry knowledge preferred - Knowledge of Tableau preferred - Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools a plus - Knowledge of JIRA agile development software preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (computer science degree preferred)
