Position Overview The IT Director will oversee the strategy, execution, and daily operations of technology of a $100M financial services company, with a primary focus on infrastructure engineering, network operations, cloud-based production systems and vendor management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to align IT initiatives with business goals. The IT Director will ensure that the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and data systems support its growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy, aligning it with business objectives. • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient IT systems to support business growth. • Serve as a technology advisor to the executive team, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements. Data Management • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive data management strategy, including data governance, quality, and integration. • Lead efforts to improve data accessibility, reporting, and analytics capabilities to drive business insights. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., CCPA). IT Operations • Lead all aspects of technology infrastructure engineering, operations, and management of cloud-based production systems to ensure availability, performance, and scalability. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT service delivery and operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
