Mainframe COBOL/CICS Developer What You'll Need to Have: • Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 6 years of systems analysis/application development experience, OR a combined minimum of 8 years of relevant education and work experience. • Strong experience with Mainframe technologies: TSO, JCL, COBOL, CICS, EZTrieve, SAS, CA7 job scheduling. • Experience supporting and developing on AFS Level III or AFS Vision Commercial Loan Systems is highly preferred. • Familiarity with utilities like Xpediter, Panvalet, and SORT. • Banking and lending experience, particularly within Commercial Loan Systems. • Comfortable performing both development and analysis (BA-style) tasks: vendor coordination, requirement analysis, and UAT support. • Agile methodology experience and proven leadership skills. • Familiarity with infrastructure, solutions architecture, and database design is a plus. • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with business and tech stakeholders.
