This role will focus on enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring intuitive navigation and seamless interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, front-end development, and usability best practices within the Microsoft environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop engaging UI/UX experiences for Microsoft-based web and enterprise applications. • Translate business requirements and user needs into interactive, visually compelling interfaces within Microsoft 365 applications. • Develop responsive and accessible front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft frameworks (e.g., SPFx, PowerApps, React for SharePoint). • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine UI/UX designs in Microsoft environments. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Microsoft Designer. • Optimize Microsoft applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions aligned with Microsoft standards. • Maintain and contribute to Microsoft design systems and UI component libraries. • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Microsoft UI/UX design and front-end development. • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and usability guidelines in Microsoft solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • 3 years of experience in UI/UX development with a focus on Microsoft technologies. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft development frameworks (SPFx, PowerApps, Fluent UI). • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards in Microsoft applications. • Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Microsoft Designer. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git. • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and business stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
