Scrum Master Responsibilities: • Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Remove obstacles and roadblocks for the Scrum team to ensure smooth workflow. • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks • Ensure the team is following the Scrum framework and best practices to maximize efficiency and deliver high-quality results. Provide coaching to team members as needed on best practices. • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a product backlog and ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and actionable. • Facilitate effective communication between team members and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. Project Manager Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project milestones. • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that could impact project scope, timeline, or quality. • Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and within budget constraints. • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, risks, and any changes to scope or timelines. • Coordinate with business owners to set priorities and ensure that project objectives meet the needs of the organization. • Track project performance using project management tools, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certification preferred. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. • 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, ideally in Agile and traditional project management environments. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams. • Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation through completion. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to balance Agile practices with traditional project management approaches. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
