Position: Product Delivery Architect Role: Responsible for the technical architecture of a product, from conception to implementation. Also manage the product’s technical and delivery aspects. Ensure the product meets architectural and business goals. Responsibilities: • Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of a project and identifying & mitigating implementation risks. • Responsible for developing product architecture, overseeing product management, and defining how products work, while also responsible for overseeing how that architecture changes and develops over time. • Capable of balancing between building custom solution and getting “product” to market. • Capable of translating vision of what needs to be completed and what can be addressed at a later timeframe. • Capable of understanding issues both at the “Data level” and “Application level” • Capable of working at “1,000 foot level” but also able and willing to work with a single application and get down and dirty with Developers if need be. . Qualifications: • A self-starter, tech-savvy professional, who is comfortable working with processes that are not well defined. • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise architecture roles with practical knowledge in product design. • Ability to analyze detailed system data and develop architecture-driven recommendations. • Experience focusing on limitations within traditional relational data models, complex relationships, or high-velocity data ingestion where alternative models like NoSQL databases might be more suitable. This includes challenges with handling complex relationships, scalability, performance issues with large datasets, and the rigidity of predefined schemas that can hinder adaptation to evolving business needs. • Experience defining and overseeing product architecture and facilitating product evolution understanding how it will change over time. • Experience mapping product functions and features as well as developing design principles that improve product performance. • Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design. • The capacity to communicate with potential clients, outlining the scope of a product and helping them envision how to deliver the final product. • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback
