Job Description : Location- Hybrid in Boulder, CO (onsite 2 days per week)Job Title- SAP Test Manager / Lead Product Test ConsultantJob Description / Responsibilities-15 years of experience testing methodologies across all test levels and capable of mange Test management officeProficient in all levels of test phases with SAP S / 4 knowledge with experience in multiple SAP Functional areas to successfully support delivery Quality implementation across all test phases.Experience in coordination and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cutover and testing phases. Develop and execute cutover and test plans, conduct defect management sessionExperience to collaborate and work with geographically distributed teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and issuesProject management, leadership skills, Excellent communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.Responsibilities-Implementation of overall QA Strategic approach. Participate in Project discussions / Project Roadmap / Strategy.Associates with good testing & SAP skills who understand and has performed stakeholder management.Preparing and Maintaining Testing RAID logs, identifying the mitigation plans and working towards the successful closure of the Risks.Testing status report to Project team and Steering committee.Interaction and Coordination across multi-vendor teams for the successful completion of multiple test phases.Preparing the Test Strategy, Test Plan & Test EstimationUAT co-ordination / planning / defect triaging / issue resolutionCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing phases, conduct defect management sessionWhat are the top 3 skills required for this role?1.
