As a result, we are looking for candidates with: • Agile/Scrum experience managing infrastructure teams – Must have • Broad-based Agile / Scrum Master / Kanban expertise – Must have • Proven influencing, coaching, and relationship capabilities • Applied project leadership experience • Strong analytical and communications skills (Note: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are a baseline expectation for this role ) – Must have • The ability to structure and organize complex data and execution efforts • A core focus on providing great service across our stakeholder groups • A foundational orientation towards servant-leadership oriented change management Qualifications - External • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred - Strong Plus • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is desired • Infrastructure experience is required for this role
