Must haves: The right tech stack of skills Snowflake, AWS batch, Scripting (Shell, Python), Advanced SQL, Linux, Job Scheduling Database fundamentals / knowledge, ETL/ELT, batch concepts, data security and controls, automation techniques Proven ability to understand data, convert requirements into clean designs, collaboration with analysts, architects, and DBAs NICE to haves: Team will assist in the teaching the business concepts, the data, current infrastructure, and common utilities, but it is expected that candidate will be able to hit the ground running. We don’t need a lead but someone who can jump into the team and accelerate the work Description: Snowflake Developer will be proficient with data platform architecture, design, data dictionaries, multi-dimensional models, objects, star Snowflake schemas and structures for data lakes, data science and data warehouses using Snowflake. Responsibilities will also include technical delivery review, resolution of architecture issues and for the migration of the existing on-premises application to AWS/Azure Snowflake platform.
