Summary :
We are looking for a product manager to drive the evolution of our groundbreaking video delivery platform that powers live immersive experiences across Cosm's venues. This role sits at the intersection of innovation and execution, reimagining what is possible in sport and entertainment through our proprietary 12K resolution display technology.
This person will champion the revolution in how audiences experience live events, ensuring the successful delivery of ultra-high-resolution video workflows and playback far surpassing traditional broadcasting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformative digital products from concept to delivery, with a focus on pushing technical boundaries while maintaining exceptional stability and performance. They will be a strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical challenges, yet remain hands-on to drive detailed implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Leverage in-depth understanding of video technology and immersive media to develop a vision execute against a holistic product strategy for Cosm’s video delivery product suite.
- Provide thought leadership in broadcast media advancements, user needs, technology innovations, and competitive offerings to grow and develop new products and features.
- Lead product discovery to identify stakeholder needs and technical opportunities.
- Technical Leadership :
Actively partner with engineering to architect scalable video streaming solutions.
Collaborate with venue operations teams to understand on-ground requirements.
Experience :
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and architectures required for a scalable and resilient video infrastructure.
Video encoding and delivery workflows.
Understanding of sports broadcasting and live entertainment technology.
Preferred Experience :
The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $120,000-150,000. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
