Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Calibration – To ensure optimal system performance, assemble and fine-tune electrical and mechanical components.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical assemblies to maintain quality and functionality.
- Technical Support – Assist in manufacturing subassemblies during production and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Microscope & Soldering Work – Perform precise assembly and soldering tasks under a microscope.
- Equipment Utilization – Operate specialized tools and test equipment, including:
- Voltmeters, Oscilloscopes, Frequency Counters, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Vibration Systems
- Other diagnostic and calibration tools as required
- Quality Control & Compliance – Follow written instructions, schematics, and technical drawings to meet exact specifications.
- Adaptability & Support – Perform additional tasks as needed and adapt to evolving responsibilities within the role.
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and calibration.
- Strong soldering skills with experience working under a microscope.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or aerospace/defense industries.
- Knowledge of RF/microwave components is a plus.
- Certifications in IPC soldering standards or electronics assembly are highly desirable.
