Intra Management Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finite Element Analysis Professional to join our team. As a Senior Stress Analysis Engineer, you will play a crucial role in performing finite element analysis and structural assessments for complex aerospace mechanisms.
Job Description:
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS to assess structural, modal, thermal, vibration, and shock performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive stress analysis reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers on valves, actuators, tubes, pressurized components, and other aerospace hardware.
- Ensure compliance with NASA standards and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in stress analysis, preferably within the aerospace or aircraft industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and aerospace materials/treatments.
- Proficiency in ANSYS, LS-Dyna, and CAD modeling tools (Creo preferred).
- Experience with aerospace product data management (EPDM) software.
