Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules by DOE 413.3B guidelines
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure scheduling aligns with project execution plans and milestones
- Monitor progress, identify critical path activities, risks, and potential delays, and recommend corrective actions
- Support earned value management (EVM) reporting, baseline change management, and schedule variance analysis
- Interface with project managers, contractors, and DOE stakeholders to ensure scheduling compliance
- Utilize scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) to create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and scheduling deliverables
- 20 years of experience in scheduling and project controls, or 16 years with a 4-year degree
- Strong knowledge of DOE 413.3B project management requirements
- Experience working on Department of Energy (DOE) projects preferred
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools
- Understanding earned value management (EVM), baseline management, and critical path methodology (CPM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide schedule impact assessments and forecasting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with project teams and stakeholders
