Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for projects exceeding $300 million in value.
- Implement and manage project risk registers, perform quantitative risk analysis (QRA), and provide mitigation strategies.
- Drive and execute a Project Controls Execution Plan aligned with program and corporate objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance through earned value analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across project controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and contractual requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to internal leadership and client teams.
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Project Controls, with a strong focus on Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage high-value, complex programs in industries such as Construction, Energy, or Utilities.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional is required.
- Familiarity with cost control systems (e.g., EcoSys, Deltek) is a strong plus.
- Experience conducting Monte Carlo simulations and using quantitative risk tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or advanced data visualization skills are a bonus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Candidates must be able to report to a designated project office in Texas (Houston preferred) or Louisiana by Q2 2025.
- Target start date: Mid-May 2025.
