- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in automated cost and scheduling systems
- Leadership experience in cost or scheduling roles on large projects
- Strong communication, technical knowledge, and attention to detail
- Leadership experience as a Control Team Lead (CTL)
- Availability for occasional travel, including internationally
