Lead Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to oversee the development of new products, improve manufacturing processes, and drive team success.
About the Role:
- This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong technical expertise and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing manufacturing, assembly, and test fixtures.
- You will lead a team of engineers, provide guidance and mentorship, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive capital expense projects.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to identify and resolve process issues.
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or technical equivalent)
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience leading teams (preferred)
- Fixture design and SolidWorks proficiency
