About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work on a critical short-term project to correct and optimize a recent JD Edwards implementation for a valued client. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in the JD Edwards implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to timesheets, Invoices, and other processes.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and functionality.
- Provide guidance and training to users on best practices for utilizing JD Edwards.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the system.
- Document processes and updates to maintain clarity for ongoing system support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a consulting or implementation role.
- Expertise in Timesheets, Invoicing, and related business processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working on implementation corrections or optimizations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the ability to adapt to onsite and remote requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in similar short-term consulting roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of additional ERP systems or integrations is a plus.
