We’re looking for a Scheduler to manage and maintain a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) , ensuring seamless execution of project timelines and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in scheduling, forecasting, and risk mitigation, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain a detailed IMS to support project planning and execution
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate schedules and dependencies
Implement baseline schedules, track changes, and analyze performance
Identify critical paths, dependencies, and risk factors
Generate reports comparing planned vs. actual progress
Utilize MS Project and IMS best practices to drive project success
What You Bring :
7 years of project / program scheduling experience
Expertise in MS Project / MS Project Server and scheduling theory (PASEG, Critical Path)
Hands-on experience with IMS, WBS, and EVMS
Strong ability to collaborate with teams and manage dependencies
U.S. Citizenship required
Bonus Skills : Experience with forProject , shipbuilding, or construction industries
