ServiceNow Developer / Maintainer – Mid to Senior Level
Location : Springfield, VA
Clearance : Active Top Secret / SCI
We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer / Maintainer to join a dynamic team supporting mission-critical activities for the Intelligence Community. This role focuses on providing operational IT services and developing innovative solutions to improve system performance and usability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide recommendations on ServiceNow best practices, workflow automation, and usability.
- Monitor system health, compliance, and performance.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow components, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, and custom UX / UI interfaces.
- Manage data integrations, reporting, and dashboard creation within ServiceNow.
- Coordinate platform and application upgrades.
- Develop and maintain documentation and technical specifications for IT infrastructure planning and implementation.
- Support Agile development processes and recommend improvements.
