Job Overview:


The Clinic Ambassador is a vital bridge between the clinic and corporate headquarters, tasked with facilitating the effective implementation and communication of new and ongoing initiatives. This role is essential for seamlessly integrating programs and changes into clinic operations, enhancing overall efficiency, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The Clinic Ambassador will also empower clinic staff by providing comprehensive information, training, and feedback on corporate initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent execution. Additionally, this position will significantly impact healthcare sales by driving patient engagement, increasing service utilization, and contributing to the clinic’s revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main contact for new corporate initiatives, ensuring their timely and effective implementation within the clinic.
  • Program Communication: Collaborate with corporate teams to understand and effectively communicate new programs to clinic staff and providers.
  • Initiative Rollout: Oversee the implementation of new initiatives, coordinating training sessions and informational meetings for clinic personnel.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a conduit between the clinic and corporate headquarters, ensuring that the clinic’s feedback and needs are clearly communicated.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to corporate teams on the status and challenges of new initiatives within the clinic.
  • Training Delivery: Partner with corporate leaders to create and deliver training materials and sessions for clinic staff on new systems, procedures, and corporate programs.
  • Staff Support: Offer ongoing assistance to clinic staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to implement and adapt to new initiatives.
  • Effectiveness Monitoring: Assess the impact of new programs and collect feedback to recommend enhancements or adjustments.
  • Workflow Adaptation: Support the clinic in adapting to changes in workflows, technologies, and service delivery methods.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on the progress of initiative implementations and any challenges encountered.
  • Roadblock Clearance: Identify and address any roadblocks to project implementation and ongoing success, ensuring that initiatives proceed smoothly.
  • Creative Development: Develop innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of programs and foster sustainable growth, continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery and patient engagement.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a coordination or liaison role, ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales or patient engagement roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • A proactive mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies within a healthcare setting.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing corporate programs or initiatives in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations and administrative processes.
  • Understanding of health insurance benefits and enrollment, especially during the annual enrollment period.
  • Knowledge of value-based care and the specific needs of the senior population.
  • Experience with market analysis and promotional campaigns.
