This is a full-time, on-site hybrid position in Bentonville, AR.
Who we are looking for:
The Sales Manager position is responsible for supporting Intradeco sales efforts across our Branded and private brand businesses at Walmart.
What you will do:
- Maintain strong knowledge of account and retail industry trends and dynamics, proactively communicate relevant business updates.
- Set-up, review, report, and effectively communicate POS sales performance results to internal and external customers, highlighting opportunities and driving sales.
- Support/Lead Luminate Survey and Analysis efforts geared toward identifying business solutions and white space, communicating findings with internal cross functional team.
- Support internal costing requests through the effective utilization of our internal costing app, persistent follow-up & updating selling CADs to communicate to the customer.
- Support teams on final assortments and obtain commitments for production contracts in order to meet sales goals.
- Work with Merchandising and Design teams to bring innovation and newness, while improving core businesses.
- Support Merchandising/Sales in applicable competitive shopping and sample management.
- Collaborate with planning and replenishment teams on “post-order” execution and forecasting for any replenishment programs.
- Participate in regular internal and external meetings, ensure proactive follow-up with customers/ stakeholders:
- Customer meetings
- Production delivery
- Quality/Testing
- Product Development/Merchandising
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail/Merchandising, Sales and demonstrated approach to Customer Service.
- Knowledge of Excel and presentation tools required.
- Knowledge of Retail Link required.
- Knowledge of Luminate is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented, customer service oriented, adaptable, problem solver.
