Job Requirement:
- Agile experience leading more than one technical team.
- Rally Agility management tooling & experience in SAFe framework is must.
- Financial Services experience is a must.
- Technical experience preferred as well, not seeking a coder, but someone who understands technology to allow impediment removal for engineers they will be leading.
