Job Description Day to Day: • Collaborate across design, product management and engineering to discover and share project goals, objectives, and target users and help guide project direction. • Create user flows, experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes that reflect team as well as Intralinks goals • Share and solicit input from stakeholders and users to ensure designs meet user and company goals • Advocate for the user and the solving of their goals and problems while balancing time and technology limitations to produce the best possible solutions. • Conduct design workshops as needed with cross functional participants • Conduct user validation sessions as needed Minimum Experience: • 4-7 years of product design experience • Knowledge with agile, scrum, and success integrating design with them • Experience leading projects and meetings with a diverse group of stakeholders • Experience with standard design tools – we use Figma • Experience with design sprints and using other methodologies to solve our users’ challenges Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
