Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Gainsight Administrator to add to our team, with a primary focus on the digital customer journey including onboarding, renewal management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in creating and managing rules, working with the MDA , developing Journey Orchestrator programs, and building comprehensive reports to drive actionable insights for our Customer Success and Support teams.
As a Gainsight Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer success strategy, improving workflows, and ensuring the effective use of Gainsight across teams. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the platform supports business objectives and enhances customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Rules Creation & Management : Design, build, and maintain rules in Gainsight to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Ensure rules are optimized and scalable as the business grows.
- MDA Management : Familiarity with adding objects to the MDA as well as modifying fields and referencing other objects from within a record. Ensure accurate data and integrate with other systems as needed.
- Journey Orchestrator : Develop and maintain Journey Orchestrator programs to automate customer touchpoints and create personalized customer journeys. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these programs to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Reporting & Dashboards : Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for different teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Use data to track key metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- User Support & Training : Provide support to internal users, troubleshooting issues and offering training on Gainsight features. Maintain user permissions and ensure that the platform is being utilized effectively across teams.
- System Optimization : Continuously assess and improve Gainsight configurations to meet evolving business needs. Stay up to date with the latest Gainsight features and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure Gainsight is meeting their needs and supporting company-wide goals.
