Responsibilities
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training and key skills. Therefore, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of their salary expectations.
The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $60,700 to $164,900.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for evaluating and mitigating class quality issues.
- Facilitate the mitigation of technical, financial, legal, and customer risks associated with quality issues and improvements.
- Support successful execution of mitigation and prevention plans of multiple high-risk global class quality issues.
- Act as commercial team subject matter expert and customer liaison for class quality activities, including communications, status, compliance, performance, etc.
- Establish and maintain risk management program which includes cost, technical, legal and commercial risks.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders understand deadlines and deliverables required to execute the risk mitigation plans.
- Lead and support cross-functional project teams.
- Maintain suitable engagement with all key stakeholders.
- Manage work across multiple functional teams including, but not limited to, mechanical engineering, controls engineering, project management, installation, operations, etc.
- Communication project status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Promotes Intralox best practices, processes, procedures, and tools.
- Has in-depth knowledge of commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Champions and ensures company culture is implemented and adhered to within their team.
- Attends trainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets.
- 5 years Project, Product or Program management experience or equivalent work
- B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or equivalent work
- Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- A self-managed individual who is a team player with leadership qualities
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Able to travel up to 25%, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required.
- Must be detailed oriented and organized.
- PMP Certification
- 5 years of Material Handling/Conveyor Industry Experience.
