Intralox seeks a Senior ABM Strategist for its CPG Industry team to develop and execute both digital and non-digital marketing strategies. This role is crucial for crafting innovative ABM strategies, creating compelling content, and optimizing customer journeys to strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies (digital and non-digital) to support global accounts development.
  • Lead ABM initiatives, including account selection, personalized content development, and omni-channel campaigns.
  • Execute data-driven digital strategies (email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media) and manage non-digital initiatives (print advertising, direct mail, workshops).
  • Ensure consistent customer experience across all campaign elements including Trade Shows.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and align strategies with buyer personas.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Use ABM platforms (6sense preferred) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) for personalized outreach.
  • Create high-impact marketing content and omni-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Build relationships with external vendors and collaborate with internal teams for cohesive execution.
  • Use analytics tools to identify key accounts, measure performance, and refine strategies.
  • Stay informed on global trends and innovations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of B2B marketing experience with successful ABM initiatives in an industrial environment.
  • Expertise in ABM, digital, and non-digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles, customer journey mapping, and buyer personas.
  • Exceptional communication skills, simplifying complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in ABM platforms (6sense preferred) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Dynamic, adaptable, creative, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, excellent vendor management skills, and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including internationally.
  • Comfortable in a multicultural, global environment.
